What does this 1 Year Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods classified on our store website. Proof of purchase is required.
If you purchase more than one item from our store within the same order, the Warranty will cover all of the items within the order.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty period, Lumora Skin will replace any products that are defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Lumora Skin will offer to replace your defective product at no additional cost, but will not offer any refunds.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty period for physical goods purchased from Lumora Skin is 365 days from the date of purchase.
A replacement product assumes the remaining Warranty of the original product, or will be given a further 90 days Warranty from the date of replacement, depending on whichever is longer.
What does this Limited Warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by "normal wear and tear", or conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
The Warranty does not cover any defects from improper use or mishandling.

First, please contact us to notify us of the problem so that we can determine the most appropriate solution for you.
If we determine that your product needs to be replaced, you must provide photographic or videographic evidence of your defective product and a proof of purchase of the item.
